Phone COA, LLC was born out of the need to support ophthalmic practices dealing with one of the most traumatic periods in healthcare history. The pandemic, followed by the Great Resignation, left practices dealing with severe staffing shortages, backlogged patient appointments, and an influx of issues across the industry.
We are so thankful to work with some of the best practices in ophthalmology and to provide the tech support they need. With our services, practices are saving an average of 6 in-office minutes for each patient encounter while providing concierge-level service by interviewing patients from the comfort of their own home.
